How To Get To Caraballo:

1. Take North Luzon Express Way and exit at Sta. Ines
2. Take MacArthur Highway going to Baguio City
3. Turn right at Carmen junction (Rosales, Pangasinan)
4. From Carmen, it is a 35-minute drive to San Quintin, passing through town proper of Rosales
5. Then, pass through the town proper of Sta. Maria, going to Tayug, and finally to San Quintin
